Adult Classes

Tuesday - Thursday 7:15pm - 8:15pm

We have been teaching men, women, and especially children of the Edison, South Plainfield, and Piscataway area since 1992 our unique methods of personal empowerment and martial arts including: Karate, elements of Small Circle Jujitsu, Modern Arnis (Filipino Self Defense), and Kyusho Jitsu (Pressure Point Self Defense). We have been a staple in the community for so long that we have taught children of students and former students.
